1. How much liquid capital will I need to open new a restaurant?

Generally $100,000 to $300,000 is sufficient depending upon if you lease or purchase the land, and whether your location is a co-branding or free-standing site. The balance of the cost is most frequently financed through banking sources.

2. Do you offer financing?
No, but we can refer you to bankers and financial institutions that are familiar with our concept and have made loans to new and existing franchisees in the past.

3. What sort of experience do I need?

We prefer restaurant or retail operations experience and will consider other professionals with business ownership experience.

4. What kind of franchise is available?

Both individual franchises for single unit locations and development agreements for multiple unit markets are available in select markets.

5. What markets are you currently interested in franchising?
We are primarily interested in the Texas markets of Austin, Corpus Christi, Dallas - Ft. Worth, Harlingen-McAllen, Houston, San Antonio, Tyler-Longview and Waco-Temple-Bryan. Markets outside Texas include Hattiesburg-Laurel and Jackson in Mississippi, and Shreveport in Louisiana. We will consider other markets in the Southwest and Southeast with multi–unit capable operators.
